DIRECTOR - Dr Brad Rondeau first graced the stage at the tender age of 6, wooing the crowd with his highly energetic portrayal of Mr. Top….a Christmas toy gone amuck.  He was the first to volunteer for many a grade school production during those critical elementary years cementing the foundations of his craft allowing it to blossom
into his middle school years where he wrote and directed the first of his plays. He was accepted into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in 1978 being sorted into Slytherin House.  He spent his school summers studying at Upward Bound honing studies for college. He also landed his first principle role during these years, portraying the musical sensation Eddie from the horror play, The Crazy Mixed-Up Island of Dr. Monroe. He graduated with a Master of Wizardry with honors in 1986 receiving “outstanding” O.W.L.s in both Potions and Defense Against the Dark Arts, not to mention achieving a Doctor of Splurpology from 7/11.

Upon graduation, he was urged by the Ministry of Magic to head the Office for the Detection and Confiscation of Counterfeit Defensive Spells and Protective Objects but sadly, declined preferring to attend dental school to work with Muggles.  He first received an Associate of Science from Alpena Community College, then a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the
University of Michigan, and finally his Doctorate from the University of Michigan Dental School.
During these years, his theatrical experience flourished achieving many memorable roles including Mercury from Orpheus in the Underworld, General Bogdonavich from Merry Widow, and Lillas Pastias from Carmen.

In 1993, he joined the Comic Opera Guild of Ann Arbor, further expanding his theatrical genre.  He played many roles with them and eventually directed 2 shows: Kismet and Carmen.  In 1999, Kismet tied for Best Musical, professional or amateur, in all of southern Michigan. He also directed HMS Pinafore for the University of Michigan Gilbert and Sullivan Society.  During this
period, he met Heidi Miles who has become his assistant director or many
shows.  She is very appreciative for all his words of wisdom and guidance.

After graduation he married his fellow actor, Victoria Louise Scott and the pair have managed to delight audiences by performing several shows together.   He joined the Manistee Symphony
Orchestra and Chorus as well as the West Shore Community College theatrical company in
2000 where he played his first lead role, George Bailey, from Wonderful Life, the Musical.  He also played Father Virgil Manly Trott fromNunesense III, the Jamboree, and the audience favorite, Rocky, from Damn Yankees!.

In 2007, He joined the Pinckney Players portraying roles such as Theodore Lawrence III from Little Women Broadway Musical, Conrad Stachen from Orphan Train, Mr. Pandanski from Holes,
Prince Charming from Into the Woods, Tom Jenkins from Scrooge the Musical.  He also played 2
leading roles: Sandy from Duck Hunter Shoots Angel and Joseph from Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat achieving well deserved nightly standing ovations.

To the delight of his peers, in 2011 he joined his first professional group, Mixed Company Troupe, that stages all original work.  He was also offered a re-occurring role of Adam Newman on The Young and the Restless but had to turn it down due to his dental work
                        schedule.

When not on stage, he can be found tending to his small vineyard or working non magically at Grand River Dental in Brighton Michigan.

The Ministry of Magic continues to recruit him to this day awaiting his return to the world of Magic.
