                        Laura Mandernack - Joanna Markham

                        Picture
Laura is pleased to be appearing as Joanna Markham in the Pinckney Players’ production of “Move Over Mrs. Markham.”  She left her habit behind, after appearing in the Sound of Music as Sister Berthe, and is happy to have traded it in for a lovely orange negligee.
After having been in several large musicals (Joseph…Technicolor Dreamcoat, Into the Woods, Little Women & Seussical the Musical) it is a treat to work in a small ensemble like that of MOMM.  Laura was also in a similar comedy where you may have seen her incessantly searching for her sardines.  In “Noises Off” she portrayed the harried housekeeper, Mrs. Clackett.
Laura loves to sing and dance.  She’s a certified Zumba instructor.  Look her up on Zumba.com and come to one of her classes! When she’s not doing plays, Laura can be found singing with the Livingston County Chorale.
As always, Laura thanks her husband Dan for his continued support.  She would also like to thank her talented director, Brad Rondeau and Assistant Director Heidi Miles for this wonderful opportunity and an experience that has been great fun!
